The user undertakes to make good use of the WEBSITE and to use the WEBSITE for legitimate purposes and without infringing any rights of the Foundation or third parties. It is forbidden, but not limited to, causing incidents to third party users, using the WEBSITE in any way that may cause damage, interruptions or defects in its operation, transmitting obscene or offensive content or interrupting the normal flow of communication on the WEBSITE. Failure to comply with any of the above obligations will lead the Foundation to take the necessary measures to remedy them, including the removal or blocking of the account of the offending user.
